Vesicularia montagnei 'Christmas'

Vesicularia montagnei 'Christmas'

A Brazilian moss specialty that is originally known from Japanese aquariums, where it is called "Amazonia Willow Moss". The plant is also called "Christmas tree moss" because, unlike the normal Vesicularia dubyana, the side shoots are dense with small side branches with a structure are occupied, which is reminiscent of fir branches. Has higher demands than normal Java moss and grows more slowly. But it sticks well to roots and stones. Over time, it will grow out of the water and will need to be trimmed to stay beautiful.
